转化学习理论在护理实习生人文关怀教学中的应用研究

摘要:

目的 探究转化学习在老年病科护理实习生人文关怀教学中的应用效果。 方法 通过文献回顾、专家论证设计基于转化学习的护理实习生人文关怀教学框架,并进一步形成教学方案。便利选取2023年8月—2024年1月进入某三级甲等医院老年病科实习的60名护理专业实习生作为教学对象,以批次为单位,双月入科者为对照组(n=30),单月入科者为试验组(n=30)。在人文关怀教学方面,对照组接受常规教学,试验组接受基于转化学习理论设计的教学。比较教学前后两组人文关怀能力、沟通交流能力和对老年人的态度得分。 结果 教学后试验组人文关怀能力、沟通交流能力、对老年人的态度总得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 转化学习在护理实习生人文关怀教学中的应用有助于提升老年病科护理实习生的人文关怀能力、沟通交流能力,改善其对老年人的态度,提高老年护理人文关怀实践教学质量。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of transformative learning in humanistic care teaching for nursing interns in the Department of Geriatrics. Methods Through literature review and expert consultation,a teaching framework for humanistic care among nursing interns was designed based on transformative learning,and a corresponding teaching plan was developed. A convenience sample of 60 nursing interns entering a tertiary hospital’s Geriatric Department for internship between August 2023 and January 2024 was selected as the participants. Those who entered in even-numbered months were assigned to the control group(n=30),while those entered in odd-numbered months to the experimental group(n=30). In terms of humanistic care teaching,the control group received conventional teaching,while the experimental group received teaching designed based on the Transformative Learning Theory. The scores of humanistic care ability,communication and interaction skills,and attitude toward the elderly were compared before and after teaching. Results After teaching,the experimental group scored higher than the control group in total scores of humanistic care ability,communication and interaction skills,and attitude toward the elderly(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of transformative learning in humanistic care teaching of nursing interns can improve their humanistic care ability,communication and interaction skills,enhance their attitude toward the elderly,and elevate the quality of humanistic care practice teaching in geriatric nursing.
