Application research of checklist teaching in the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing interns in the operating room

摘要:

目的 探讨清单式教学在手术室本科护理临床教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取2024年7月—2025年2月在郑州市某医院手术室实习的79名本科实习生作为研究对象,根据入科先后顺序将实习生分为对照组40名和试验组39名。对照组实习生实施传统带教,试验组采用清单式教学。出科时比较两组理论及操作考核成绩、手术室护理实践能力得分及教学满意度情况。 结果 教学后,试验组理论及操作考核成绩、手术室护理实践能力及教学满意度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。 结论 清单式教学为实习生提供一系列具有手术室护理特色的清单,使得学习内容与关键要点更加清晰明确,有助于提升实习生的学习效果,提高其手术室护理实践能力,该教学方法获得实习生认可。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of checklist teaching in the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing interns in the operating room. Methods A total of 79 undergraduate nursing students who interned in the operating room of a hospital in Zhengzhou from July 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research participants,and the nursing students were divided into 40 students in the control group and 39 in the experimental group according to the admission time. The control group of nursing students was taught by traditional teaching,and the experimental group adopted checklist teaching,and the theoretical and operational assessment results,operating room clinical practice ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared at the time of discharge. Results The scores of theoretical and operational assessment scores,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The checklist-based teaching method provides interns with a series of checklists with the characteristics of operating room nursing,making the learning content and key points clearer and more specific,which helps to improve the learning effectiveness of interns and enhance their practical ability in operating room nursing. This teaching method has been well recognized by interns.
