心理韧性在本科护理实习生情绪智力与创新能力间的中介效应分析

Analysis of the mediating effect of psychological resilience between emotional intelligence and innovation ability in undergraduate nursing interns

摘要:

目的 探讨本科护理实习生心理韧性在其情绪智力和创新能力间的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2024年1月—2025年3月选取来自陕西省3所医学本科院校、正在该院参加临床实习的260名护理专业本科生作为调查对象,采用情绪智力量表、心理韧性量表和大学生创新能力问卷对其进行调查。结果 最终回收有效问卷246份,有效问卷回收率为94.6%。246名本科护理实习生的情绪智力、心理韧性和创新能力得分分别为(85.13±10.10)分、(87.51±12.51)分和(48.52±7.60)分;情绪智力与心理韧性、创新能力得分间呈正相关(r=0.602、0.507,P均<0.001),心理韧性与创新能力得分间呈正相关(r=0.380,P<0.001)。中介效应分析表明,心理韧性在本科护理实习生情绪智力与创新能力间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的13.91%。结论 高情绪智力既可直接促进本科护理实习生创新能力的提升,又能通过增强其心理韧性间接提升其创新能力。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the mediating role of psychological resilience in the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovation ability among undergraduate nursing interns. Methods From January 2024 to March 2025,a convenience sampling method was used to recruit 260 undergraduate nursing interns from three medical universities in Shaanxi Province as the participants. The Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and the Questionnaire of Undergraduates Creativity Ability were applied for the investigation. Results A total of 246 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 94.6%. The scores of emotional intelligence,psychological resilience,and innovation ability of the 246 undergraduate nursing interns were(85.13±10.10),(87.51±12.51),and(48.52±7.60),respectively. Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with psychological resilience and innovation ability(r=0.602,0.507;both P<0.001),and psychological resilience was positively correlated with innovation ability(r=0.380,P<0.001). Mediation effect analysis showed that psychological resilience played a partial mediating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovation ability among undergraduate nursing interns,accounting for 13.91% of the total effect. Conclusion Emotional intelligence can not only directly promote innovation ability of undergraduate nursing interns but also indirectly enhance their innovation ability by strengthening their psychological resilience.
