价值观和工作成就感在低年资护士积极情绪与工作投入间的链式中介效应

The influence of positive emotions on work engagement of junior nurses via the chain mediating effects

摘要:

目的 探讨低年资护士价值观、工作成就感在积极情绪与工作投入间的作用关系,为制订提升低年资护士工作投入的干预策略提供参考依据。 方法 于2023年10月—12月,采用一般资料调查表、正负性情绪量表—积极情绪维度、护理专业核心价值观问卷、工作成就感量表和工作投入量表对湖南省和新疆维吾尔自治区4所三级甲等医院467名低年资护士进行调查。 结果 低年资护士的积极情绪、价值观、工作成就感和工作投入得分分别为(34.94±6.54)分、(177.57±29.52)分、(84.96±17.81)分和(64.41±17.11)分。中介效应分析结果显示,积极情绪对工作投入的直接效应显著,效应值为0.516。价值观、工作成就感分别在积极情绪与工作投入间起中介作用,且两者呈链式中介作用,中介效应占总效应的28.93%。 结论 价值观和工作成就感在低年资护士积极情绪与工作投入间存在链式中介效应。提示护理管理者应注重培养低年资护士积极情绪与价值观,提升其工作成就感,最终促进其工作投入。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the relationship between positive emotions,values,work achievement,and work engagement of junior nurses,and provide reference for formulating intervention strategies to enhance their work engagement. Methods From October 2023 to December 2023,a survey was conducted on 467 junior nurses from four tertiary hospitals in Hunan Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region using the general information survey form,the Positive Emotion Scale,the Core Professional Nursing Values Scale,the Work Achievement Scale,and the Work Engagement Scale. Results The positive emotions,values,work achievement,and work engagement scores of junior nurses were(34.94±6.54),(177.57±29.52),(84.96±17.81),and (64.41±17.11) points,respectively. The results of the mediation effect analysis showed that positive emotions had a significant direct effect on work engagement,with an effect value of 0.516. The values and work achievement respectively played a mediating role between positive emotions and job engagement,and the two exhibited a chain like mediating effect,with the mediating effect accounting for 28.93% of the total effect. Conclusion There is a chain mediated effect between the core professional nursing values scale and work achievement on the positive emotions and work engagement of junior nurses. Nursing managers should pay attention to cultivating positive emotions and values among junior nurses,enhancing their work achievement,and ultimately promoting their work engagement.
