护理专业人员自我能力否定倾向的演变与特征分析

Concept analysis of impostor phenomenon among nursing professionals

摘要:

目的 全面解析护理专业人员自我能力否定倾向的概念,以促进护理专业人员内化成就,从而充分发挥其潜力。 方法 系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、PsycINFO、Proquest、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中自我能力否定倾向相关文献,并采用Rodgers概念演化方法进行分析。 结果 共纳入32篇文章,确定了护理专业人员自我能力否定倾向的概念具有3个属性:无法将成功内化和低估成就、恐惧感、智力欺诈感和自我怀疑感。前因包括个体因素、人际因素和环境因素;后果包括心理和情感相关的后果,以及与工作相关的后果。结论 自我能力否定倾向是影响心理健康和职业发展的心理现象。未来应尽早识别护理专业人员自我能力否定倾向,针对产生原因开展干预,促进其心理健康,为提高医疗质量奠定基础。

Abstract:

Objective To clarify the concept of impostor phenomenon among nursing professionals and to assist them in internalizing their accomplishments and realizing their full potential. Methods Systematic search was conducted in PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,PsycINFO,Proquest,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP Database and SinoMed for relevant literature on impostor phenomenon,and the Rodgers’ evolutionary concept was adopted for analysis. Results A total of 32 articles were included,and the concept of impostor phenomenon were identified as three attributes: inability to internalize successes and discount achievement,a sense of fear,and feelings of intellectual fraudulence and self-doubt. The antecedents included individual factors,interpersonal factors and environmental factors. Conclusion Impostor phenomenon is a psychological phenomenon that affects mental health and career development. The impostor phenomenon of nursing professionals should be identified as early as possible,so that targeted intervention can be carried out for them to promote their mental health and lay the foundation for improving the quality of medical care.
