吉布斯反思循环在消化内科护理临床教学中的应用效果评价

The application of Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle in the clinical nursing teaching of gastroenterology

摘要:

目的 验证吉布斯反思循环在消化内科护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法 按照入科批次(同一批入科学生视为一组),通过随机分组法,将研究对象分为试验组60名和对照组60名。对照组采用基于病例的临床教学法,试验组应用吉布斯反思循环结合基于病例的教学法。比较两组考试成绩、临床反思实践能力,收集试验组对教学方法的评价,并对试验组反思日记进行内容分析。结果 教学后,试验组考核成绩、临床反思实践能力得分高于对照组(均P<0.05);97%的试验组实习生认可此教学法。多数学生记录学习收获外,也意识到自身存在的不足和需要改进的方面,总结经验和教训。结论 吉布斯反思循环有助于提高实习生的考核成绩和临床反思实践能力,值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective To verify the application effect of Gibbs Reflective Cycle combined with CBL teaching method in clinical nursing education of gastroenterology. Methods According to the admission batches(students admitted in the same batch are considered as one group),nursing interns were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 60 students in each group. The control group implemented the CBL clinical teaching method,while the experimental group applied the Gibbs Reflective Cycle combined with CBL teaching method. The examination scores and clinical reflective practice abilities of both groups were compared,and evaluations of the teaching methods by the experimental group were collected. Content analysis was conducted on the reflective diaries of the experimental group. Results After the teaching,the assessment scores and clinical reflective practice abilities of the experimental group were higher than the control group (all P<0.05);97% nursing interns of the experimental group endorsed this teaching method. Most students not only recorded their learning gains but also recognized their own shortcomings and areas needing improvement,summarizing experiences and lessons learned. Conclusion The combination of the Gibbs Reflective Cycle with CBL teaching method is helpful in improving the assessment scores and clinical reflective practice abilities of nursing interns,making it worthy of promotion and application in clinical settings.
