《护士人文修养》国家规划教材建设路径研究

摘要:

《护士人文修养》教材以多方调研为基础,以岗位需求为导向,以培养目标为指导,确定教材建设方向与“五性”设计思路。教材构建了人文知识、人文技能、拓展学习3个学习模块,将混合教学、案例讨论、体验学习等多种教学方法融入编写体例,具备针对性、理论性、实用性、创新性与可读性,形成思政育人贯穿始终、内容实用前瞻、数媒纸媒互补、教材学材兼备四大特色,实现了人文知识与护理实践的深度结合。教材第4版获评“十四五”国家规划教材,2025年获第二届全国教材建设二等奖(公示)。教材累计印刷20万册,覆盖全国22个省级行政区41所院校。教材建设路径可为护理学及相关人文教材建设与改革提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:

Based on multi-party research,oriented by professional demands,and guided by training objectives,the direction of textbook Nurses’ Humanistic Cultivation construction and the design concept of “five qualities” were determined. The textbook has constructed three major learning modules:theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and extended learning. Multiple teaching methods such as blended learning,case discussions,and experiential learning have been integrated into the writing style,achieving breakthroughs in pertinence,theory,practicality,innovation,and readability. It features four characteristics:the integration of ideological and political education throughout,practical and forward-looking content,complementary digital and print media,and both textbook and learning materials,achieving a deep integration of humanistic knowledge and nursing practice. The fourth edition of the textbook was selected as a national planning textbook during the “14th Five Year Plan” period,won the second prize in the Second National Textbook Construction Awards in 2025. A total of 200,000 copies of textbooks have been printed,covering 41 colleges and universities across 22 provinces and cities nationwide. The path of textbook construction can provide reference and inspiration for the construction and reform of nursing and related humanities textbooks.
