摘要:

护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS)研究生教育旨在培养兼具科研能力和临床思维的高层次、应用型、专科型护理人才。在教育数智化转型的背景下,人工智能的快速发展为MNS研究生培养路径的创新提供了技术驱动力。该文从人工智能的发展及在教育领域的应用出发,讨论了该技术在高效整合多源知识、促进课程专科化、提供安全可控的交互式技能训练环境及实现多维评价中的应用价值和可能面临的挑战,旨在为增强我国MNS研究生教育职业导向性和推动其数智化转型提供启发。

Abstract:

The Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS) program aims to cultivate high-level,application-oriented,and specialized nursing talents equipped with both research capabilities and clinical thinking. Under the background of educational digital and intelligent transformation,the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI) provides technological impetus for innovating cultivation pathways of MNS. Starting from the development of AI and its applications in the educational field,this paper discusses the application value and potential challenges of AI in efficiently integrating multi-source knowledge,promoting course specialization,providing a safe and controllable interactive skill training environment,and enabling multi-dimensional evaluation. Its purpose is to offer insights for enhancing the professional orientation of MNS education in China and advancing its digital and intelligent transformation.
