成果导向教育理念下本科老年护理学课程的优化与实践

Optimization and practice of an undergraduate Geriatric Nursing curriculum under the outcome-based education concept

摘要:

面对人口老龄化加速背景下护理人才紧缺与教育转型需求,海军军医大学以成果导向教育理念为引领,对老年护理学课程进行了系统化重构。课程建设立足于上海市区域资源优势,结合学科科研优势,紧扣新时代背景下护理人才培养目标,围绕“以学生为中心”和持续改进的教学原则,构建了以核心能力培养为导向、多元教学模式为支撑、校-企-机构协同育人为路径的课程方案。经过2年教学实践,学生对课程满意度达98%,实践与创新能力显著提升(课堂成果在各类竞赛中获奖8项,而改革前无相关产出),课程教学在校、系级督导中优秀率为83.3%,且先后获评海军精品课程培育项目、上海市一流本科课程,改革实践可为老年护理学及相关课程的系统优化提供可借鉴范式。

Abstract:

In response to the growing demand for elderly care professionals and educational transformation amid accelerated population aging,this study systematically reconstructed the Geriatric Nursing curriculum guided by the Outcome-Based Education(OBE) concept. The curriculum development was grounded in the utilization of regional resources in Shanghai,leveraged institutional research strengths,and was meticulously aligned with the contemporary objectives for cultivating nursing talent. Adhering to the student-centered approach and the principle of continuous quality improvement,we constructed a comprehensive course framework. This framework is characterized by a core competency-oriented approach,supported by diverse teaching models,and implemented through a collaborative education pathway involving the university,enterprises,and institutions. Two years of teaching practice yielded significant outcomes:student satisfaction with the course reached 98%,and a marked enhancement in students’ practical and innovative capabilities was observed,evidenced by eight awards in various competitions for course-related achievements—a notable improvement compared to the absence of such high-level outputs prior to the reform. Furthermore,the course received an excellence rating of 83.3% in internal teaching evaluations at both the university and departmental levels. Consequently,the course has been designated as a Naval High-Quality Course Cultivation Project and recognized as a Shanghai First-Class Undergraduate Course. This reform initiative provides a transferable paradigm for the systematic optimization of Geriatric Nursing and related curricula.
