Design of an arteriovenous puncture training model and its application in nursing clinical teaching

摘要：

目的 探讨动静脉穿刺训练模型在护理临床教学中的应用效果。 方法 采用便利抽样法，选取乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等综合医院的护理实习生为研究对象，2024年7月开始实习的为对照组（n=53），2025年7月开始实习的为试验组（n=59），试验组在对照组的基础上应用动静脉穿刺训练模型进行练习；实习4周后，比较两组的静脉、动脉一次穿刺成功率。 结果 试验组静脉、动脉一次穿刺成功率高于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 应用动静脉穿刺训练模型进行补充训练，可提高护理实习生静脉、动脉穿刺成功率。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the application effect of the arteriovenous puncture training model in clinical nursing teaching. Methods Using convenience sampling method，nursing interns from a tertiary-level class A general hospital in Urumqi were selected as the research subjects. Those who started their internship in July 2024 were assigned to the control group（n=53），while those who started in July 2025 were assigned to the experimental group（n=59）. The experimental group received training on the model of arterial and venous puncture based on the control group. After four weeks of internship，the first-attempt success rates of venous and arterial puncture were compared between the two groups. Results The first-attempt success rates of venous and arterial puncture in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Supplementary training with arterial-venous puncture training models can enhance the success rate of venous and arterial punctures among nursing interns.
