混合现实联合3D打印在静脉治疗专科护士临床实践培训中的应用研究

摘要:

目的 探究混合现实联合3D打印在静脉治疗专科护士临床实践培训中的应用效果,为经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)置管培训提供新的思路和方法。 方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年—2024年在河南省某三级甲等医院参加河南省静脉治疗专科护士临床实践培训的护士为研究对象,将2023年接受培训者(n=20)纳入对照组,将2024年接受培训者(n=22)设为试验组。围绕PICC置管,对照组接受传统培训,对试验组实施利用混合现实联合3D打印技术打造的培训。比较两组PICC置管操作考核成绩与首次送管成功率、PICC导管尖端位置判读正确的X线胸片数量,以及一般自我效能感水平。 结果 试验组PICC置管操作考核成绩与首次送管成功率、PICC导管尖端位置判读正确的X线胸片数量、一般自我效能感水平均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。 结论 混合现实联合3D打印在静脉治疗专科护士临床实践培训中的应用能有效提高护士的PICC置管能力,增强其应对PICC置管时的自我效能感,值得在临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of mixed reality combined with 3D printing in clinical practice training for intravenous therapy specialty nurses,and to provide new ideas and methods for peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) catheterization training. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to recruit nurses participating in intravenous therapy specialty clinical practice training in a tertiary hospital in Henan Province from 2023 to 2024 as the study participants. Those trained in 2023(n=20) were assigned to the control group,while those trained in 2024(n=22) were included in the experimental group. Traditional training was provided to the control group,while the experimental group received training utilizing mixed reality combined with 3D printing technology for PICC catheterization. The two groups were compared in terms of PICC catheterization operation assessment scores,first catheter insertion success rates,number of X-ray chest radiographs with correct PICC catheter tip positioning interpretation,and general self-efficacy levels. Results The experimental group outperformed the control group in PICC catheterization operation assessment scores,first catheter insertion success rates,the number of X-ray chest radiographs with correct PICC catheter tip positioning interpretation,and general self-efficacy levels (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of mixed reality combined with 3D printing in clinical practice training for intravenous therapy specialty nurses can effectively enhance PICC catheterization skill proficiency,and boost confidence in clinical practice. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
