摘要：

随着医学科技的快速发展及健康需求的多元化，未来护士亟需向多重复合型角色转换，培养具有跨学科协作能力的“护理+X”复合型人才是必然趋势，然而传统护理课程体系难以满足此需求。本研究在系统梳理国内外“护理+X”跨学科人才的培养、课程建设及国家级一流本科课程建设实践经验的基础上，提出了“护理+X”跨学科课程应以解决护理问题为核心目标，以“X”为跨学科解决问题的手段，助力护理专业高质量发展的理念，最后探讨了“护理+X”跨学科课程建设中的师资配备、课程内容设置、基地选择等方面的难题并展开思考，为我国“护理+X”跨学科课程建设提供思路。今后应进一步开设“护理+X”跨学科师资培训，建设“护理+X”跨学科实践平台，形成更为完善的“护理+X”跨学科课程体系。

Abstract:

With the rapid advancement of medical technology and the diversification of health needs，there is an urgent need for future nurses to transition into multifaceted and composite roles. Cultivating “Nursing + X” inter- disciplinary talents with cross-disciplinary collaboration capabilities has become an inevitable trend. However，the traditional nursing curriculum system struggles to meet this demand. Based on a systematic review of domestic and international experiences in the cultivation of “Nursing + X” interdisciplinary talents，curriculum development，and practical experiences in the construction of national first-class undergraduate courses，this study proposes that the “Nursing + X” interdisciplinary curriculum should take addressing nursing issues as its core objective and use “X” as a means of interdisciplinary problem-solving，thereby supporting the high-quality development of the nursing discipline. Finally，the study discusses the challenges and corresponding considerations in faculty allocation，curriculum content design，and practice base selection in the construction of “Nursing + X” interdisciplinary courses. This research aims to provide insights for the development of “Nursing + X” interdisciplinary curricula in China. In the future，efforts should be made to further establish interdisciplinary teacher training programs for “Nursing + X” and to build interdisciplinary practice platforms，thereby forming a more comprehensive “Nursing + X” interdisciplinary curriculum system.
