以胜任力为导向的医学院校生死教育课程教师培养方案构建研究

摘要:

目的 以胜任力为导向构建医学院校生死教育课程教师培养方案,为生死教育领域师资队伍建设提供参考。方法 在前期研究基础上,以建构主义学习理论为指导,通过系统文献检索初步构建医学院校生死教育课程教师培养方案框架,采用德尔菲法对方案进行2轮专家函询,对方案内容进行筛选和修改。结果 2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.91,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.368和0.404(P<0.001),最终形成以胜任力为导向的医学院校生死教育课程教师培养方案,方案包括教师培养准入标准、培养内容与形式、考核标准3个部分。结论 医学院校生死教育课程教师培养方案具备一定的理论依据和专家意见支撑,可为医学院校开展生死教育课程教师培养提供参考,其实际应用效果尚需在后续实践中进一步验证。

Abstract:

Objective To develop a competency-based training program for teachers of life-and-death education courses in medical schools,so as to provide a reference for the construction of a qualified teaching workforce in life-and-death education in China. Methods Based on preliminary studies,constructivist learning theory was adopted as the theoretical framework. A preliminary training program framework for teachers of life-and-death education courses in medical schools was developed through a systematic literature review. The Delphi method was then used to conduct two rounds of expert consultations to screen,revise,and refine the program contents. Results The effective response rate of expert questionnaires in both Delphi rounds was 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.91. Kendall’s coefficient of concordance was 0.368 in the first round and 0.404 in the second round(both P<0.001),indicating a high level of expert agreement. The final competency-based training program for teachers of life-and-death education courses in medical schools was established,comprising three components:teacher admission criteria,training contents and formats,and assessment criteria. Conclusion This study preliminarily develops a competency-based training program for teachers of life-and-death education courses in medical schools,which may provide a reference for teacher training in related fields.
