北京市中西医结合专科护士培训评价指标体系的构建及可行性评价

摘要：

目的构建北京市中西医结合专科护士培训评价指标体系。方法查阅国内外中西医结合专科护士培训相关文献，基于柯式模型设计专家函询问卷，通过对15名专家2轮专家函询，确定北京市中西医结合专科护士培训评价指标体系。由6名参与北京市中西医结合专科护士培训组织实施与管理的专家对该指标体系的可行性进行评价。结果 2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%；2轮专家权威系数分别为0.92、0.93；2轮专家函询的一级、二级、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.233、0.233、0.239和0.327、0.316、0.364（均P<0.05）。北京市中西医结合专科护士培训评价指标体系包括一级指标4项、二级指标16项、三级指标72项。各级指标的可行性评分分别为（4.92±0.28）分、（4.73±0.47）分、（4.79±0.41）分。结论构建的北京市中西医结合专科护士培训评价指标体系具有科学性和可靠性，可为各省市对中西医结合专科护士培训开展评价提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Objective To construct the evaluation index system for the training of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine specialty nurses in Beijing. Methods Through domestic and international literature review of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine specialty nurses，Delphi expert consultation questionnaire was designed based on Kirkpatrick model. Through two rounds of consultation with 15 experts，the training evaluation index system was determined. Six experts involved in the organization，implementation，and management of Beijing’s integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine specialty nurse training program evaluated the feasibility of this indicator system. Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%. The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.92 and 0.93 respectively. The Kendall’s coordination coefficients for the first，second and third-level indicators in the two rounds of expert inquiries were 0.233，0.233，0.239 and 0.327，0.316，0.364 respectively（all P<0.05）. The feasibility scores for each level of indicator were（4.92 ± 0.28） points，（4.73 ± 0.47） points，and（4.79 ± 0.41） points，respectively.The final evaluation index system included 4 first-level indicators，16 second-level indicators and 72 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system is scientific and reliable，which can provide reference for the evaluation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine specialty nurses training in various provinces and cities.
