口腔专科护士培训迁移现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the training transfer in oral specialty nurses

摘要:

目的 了解口腔专科护士的培训迁移水平及其影响因素。 方法 采用便利抽样法,选取完成中华护理学会2024年口腔专科护士培训并取得培训合格证书的口腔专科护士作为调查对象,于培训结束半年后,采用一般资料调查表、口腔专科护士培训迁移评估量表、一般自我效能感量表、护理工作环境量表对其进行调查。 结果 共回收有效问卷148份,口腔专科护士的培训迁移得分为(38.86±4.74)分。多元线性回归分析显示,口腔专科护士的职称、一般自我效能感量表得分和护理工作环境量表得分是影响其培训迁移水平的因素(P<0.05),共解释其培训迁移水平50.3%的变异度。 结论 口腔专科护士的培训迁移处于中等偏上水平。临床管理者应重视口腔专科护士的能力发挥与使用;在充分考虑口腔专科护士工作经验的基础上,从个体赋能和环境优化等层面协同发力,构建并落实良好的培训转化方案,进而提高口腔专科护士培训迁移水平,从而促进临床护理质量的提升。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the training transfer level of oral specialty nurses and its influencing factors. Methods Using convenience sampling,oral specialty nurses who completed the 2024 training program of the Chinese Nursing Association and obtained certification were selected as participants. Surveys were conducted using the General Information Questionnaire,Oral Specialty Nurse Training Transfer Assessment Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale,and Nursing Work Environment Scale. Results A total of 148 valid questionnaires were collected. The training transfer score of oral specialty nurses was(38.86±4.74) points. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that professional title,scores on the General Self-Efficacy Scale,and scores on the Nursing Work Environment Scale were significant influencing factors(P<0.05),explaining 50.3% of the variance in training transfer levels. Conclusion The training transfer of oral specialty nurses is at a moderately high level. Clinical managers should prioritize the effective utilization and application of oral specialty nurses’ competencies,consider their work experience,and synergistically focus on individual empowerment and environmental optimization to develop and implement training transfer strategies,thereby improving the training transfer level and promoting the improvement of clinical nursing quality.
