Development of the educational program on dementia awareness and friendliness among the youth

摘要:

目的 构建适用于青年群体(15~24岁)的失智症认知和友善教育方案。 方法 通过文献分析、对专家进行半结构化访谈,设计教育方案初稿。2024年7月30日—2024年9月19日,使用德尔菲法对20名相关领域专家进行两轮函询,以最终确立青年对失智症认知和友善的教育方案。 结果 2轮专家函询有效问卷回收率分别为85%(17/20)和100%(17/17);专家权威系数分别为0.806和0.844;肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.176和0.247(P<0.001)。最终确立的教育方案由5个一级条目(预期成效、培训内容、培训方式、培训师资和培训评价)、17个二级条目和44个三级条目组成。 结论 本研究构建的青年对失智症认知和友善的教育方案具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为进一步推广失智症友善教育提供基础。

Abstract:

Objective To develop an educational program on dementia awareness and friendliness tailored for the youth. Methods A preliminary draft of the educational program was developed through literature analysis and semi-structured interviews with experts. From July 30,2024,to September 19,2024,the Delphi method was employed for two rounds of consultations with 20 experts in relevant fields to finalize the educational program. Results The effective response rates for the two rounds of expert surveys were 85%(17/20) and 100% (17/17),respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.806 and 0.844,respectively. The Kendall’s W coefficients were 0.176 and 0.247(P<0.001),respectively. The final version of educational program comprised five first primary items (expected outcomes,educational content,educational methods,educational faculty,and educational evaluation),17 secondary items,and 44 tertiary items. Conclusion The educational program on dementia awareness and friendliness among youth developed in this study demonstrates good scientific validity and reliability,providing a reference for demen-tia-friendly education in the future.
