摘要：

“双一流”建设强调学科内涵发展、拔尖创新人才培养、科研创新能力提升、社会服务能力增强和国际影响力拓展，对护理学科教师的教学、临床、科研、转化和国际合作能力提出了系统性要求。该文系统阐述了中南大学湘雅护理学院构建的“教学-临床-科研-产业-国际”五位一体护理学科教师发展模式，详细介绍了该模式的构建逻辑、核心实施策略与实践成效，分析了模式落地的现实困境与未来优化方向，旨在为我国高等护理院校的师资培养改革提供参考与借鉴，助力护理学科内涵式发展与创新型护理人才培养。

Abstract:

The Double First-Class Initiative emphasizes the high-quality development of academic disciplines，the cultivation of outstanding and innovative talents，enhancement of scientific research innovation capacity，strengthening of social service capacity，and expansion of international influence，thereby placing systematic demands on nursing faculty competencies in teaching，clinical practice，research，knowledge translation，and international collaboration. This paper systematically elaborates on the five-dimensional faculty development model constructed by the Xiangya School of Nursing at Central South University，which integrates teaching and discipline development，clinical practice，scientific research，industry engagement，and international collaboration. It details the construction logic，core implementation strategies，and practical outcomes of this model. The paper also analyzes the practical difficulties during the implementation process and future optimization directions. The paper aims to provide a reference for faculty training reform in higher nursing institutions in China，thereby facilitating the intensive development of the nursing discipline and the cultivation of innovative nursing professionals.
