养老机构护理员岗位胜任力评价体系的构建

摘要: 目的 构建养老机构护理员岗位胜任力评价体系。 为资深护士对养老护理员岗位胜任力评价提供依据。 方法 采用阅读文献和咨询相关专家的方法初步构建养老机构护理员岗位胜任力评价体系, 并经过2轮德尔菲专家咨询法完成评价体系的构建。 结果 2轮专家咨询回收率均为100%,权威系数为0.95,一级评价指标的变异系数为0.085~0.113,二级评价指标的变异系数0.085~0.130,最终形成了5个一级指标和21个二级指标的养老机构护理员岗位胜任力评价体系。 结论 养老机构护理员岗位胜任力方案评价体系科学、可靠,可用于资深护士对养老机构护理员的岗位胜任力评价。

Abstract:

Objective To develop the pre-job evaluation system based on competency for caregivers in nursing

homes. Methods Preliminary pre-job evaluation system was built up according to the literature review and experts consultations. After two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,the evaluation system was finally completed. Results The response rates

 of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%,and the authoritative coefficient was 0.95.

The variation coefficients of the first,level index ranged from 0.085 to 0.113 and those for second-level index
ranged from 0.085 to 0.130. The final evaluation system included 5 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indi
cators. Conclusion The evaluation system of pre-job for caregivers in nursing homes has good reliability and va
lidity,and can be used for the pre-job of caregivers in nursing homes.
