摘要:

目的 探讨基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的在职培训对提升血液科护士安宁疗护知信行水平的效果。方法 便利选取杭州市某三级甲等医院2个院区的血液科护士为研究对象,按院区分为试验组和对照组各45名。对照组接受常规线上视频培训,试验组实施基于OBE理念的线上线下混合式培训。采用安宁疗护知信行问卷于培训前后对两组进行评价,并使用两独立样本t检验进行组间比较。结果 培训后,试验组安宁疗护知信行总分及知识、态度、行为各维度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于OBE理念的线上线下混合式培训能有效提升血液科护士的安宁疗护知识水平、正向态度及临床实践能力,是培养血液科护士核心能力的有效策略,但其远期效果尚需进一步验证。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effect of a blended training program based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE) concept on enhancing the core competencies in palliative care among hematology nurses. Methods A total of 90 hematology nurses from two campuses of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Hangzhou were conveniently selected and assigned into an intervention group(n=45) and a control group(n=45) according to campus. The control group received routine online video training,while the intervention group underwent a blended training program based on the OBE concept. The Knowledge-Attitude-Practice questionnaire for palliative care was used to assess both groups before and after the training. Independent-samples t-tests were performed for between-group comparisons. Results After the training,the total scores and the scores across the knowledge,attitude,and practice dimensions of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The blended training program based on the OBE concept can effectively enhance hematology nurses’ knowledge,positive attitudes,and practical skills regarding palliative care. It proves to be an effective strategy for cultivating core competencies of hematoloty nurses,though its long-term effect requires further validation.
