摘要:

构建德、智、体、美、劳“五育融合”的教育体系是新时代护理教育的重要改革之一。该文在“五育融合”视域下,结合国家对高等中医药院校劳动教育的相关政策要求,围绕该校护理学专业“突出中医”的办学定位,分别从中医护理劳动教育目标、实施方案、资源建设、实施路径、评价方法等方面,构建中医护理劳动教育体系,创新中医护理劳动教育策略,多维透视劳动教育的成效,以期为中医护理劳动教育实施、改革与发展提供理论参考和实践指导。

Abstract:

Structuring an education system that integrates morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor education(“Five-Education Integration”) is one of the important reforms in nursing education in the new era. From the perspective of the “Five-Education Integration” framework and in accordance with national policy requirements for labor education in higher Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) institutions,this article,developed a labor education system specifically for TCM nursing. Centered around the university’s nursing program orientation of “emphasizing TCM characteristics”,the system was constructed by defining educational objectives,designing implementation strategies,building resource,clarifying execution paths,and establishing evaluation methodologies of TCM nursing labor education. Furthermore,the study conducted a multidimensional analysis of the actual effectiveness of labor education. The paper proposes strategies for establishing an innovative model of labor education in TCM nursing,aiming to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for the reform and advancement of labor education in TCM nursing.
