摘要:

在“健康中国”战略与“五育融合”教育方针指导下,护理人才培养模式正面临向综合素质型转变的重要机遇。该文以新疆医科大学护理学院为例,系统阐述其在“五育融合”视域下,以课程建设为核心基石,联动第一课堂(理论教学)、第二课堂(校园实践)与第三课堂(社会实践/行业实训)三大育人场景,构建“以德育为引领、以智育为主体、以体育与美育为素养支撑、以劳育为实践根基”的“五育融合”培养路径与实施成效,以期为护理教育改革提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

In response to the “Healthy China” strategy and the “Five-Education Integration” policy,nursing education stands at a pivotal juncture to develop a more comprehensive,quality-driven talent development model. This paper takes the School of Nursing at Xinjiang Medical University as a case study to argue that constructing a “Five-Education Integration” training pathway—grounded in curriculum development and spanning theoretical teaching,campus practice,and social/industry engagement—offers an effective approach to cultivate nursing professionals. Centering the model on moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,the model’s implementation outcomes are highlighted,with the aim of providing insights for future reforms in Chinese nursing education.
