男性护理实习生专业承诺潜在剖面及影响因素分析

Potential profile analysis of professional commitment of male nursing interns and its influencing factors

摘要:

目的 探索男性护理实习生专业承诺的潜在剖面及其影响因素。方法 2024年6月—12月,采用便利抽样法,选取江苏省6所医院的296名男性护理实习生为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、护理专业承诺量表、10条目心理韧性量表及简易应对方式问卷对其进行调查。通过潜在剖面分析识别男性护理实习生专业承诺的潜在剖面,运用多分类Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果 男性护理实习生专业承诺可分为3个潜在剖面,即专业投身意愿弱-认同模糊组(30.7%)、专业投身意愿模糊-价值认同组(57.1%)、专业投身意愿强-评价保守组(12.2%)。多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示:与专业投身意愿弱-认同模糊组相比,自评在校成绩水平较低者更不易进入专业投身意愿模糊-价值认同组;实习体验满意度较低者更不易进入专业投身意愿模糊-价值认同组和专业投身意愿强-评价保守组;有潜在职业歧视经历者更易入专业投身意愿模糊-价值认同组;心理韧性水平较高、积极应对倾向较强者更易入专业投身意愿强-评价保守组;消极应对倾向较强者更不易入专业投身意愿模糊-价值认同组和专业投身意愿强-评价保守组(均P<0.05)。结论 男性护理实习生的专业承诺存在群体异质性。护理教育者可通过早期识别男性护理实习生专业承诺的类别,并基于相关影响因素对其实施针对性的干预,促进其专业承诺水平提升。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the latent categories of nursing professional commitment among male nursing interns and identify its influencing factors. Methods From June to December 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 296 male nursing interns from six hospitals in Jiangsu Province. Participants were surveyed using the basic characteristic questionnaire,Nursing Professional Commitment Scale,Resilience Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Latent profile analysis(LPA) was employed to identify subtypes of professional commit-ment,and multinomial Logistic regression was applied to analyze influencing factors. Results The nursing professional commitment of male nursing interns could be classified into three latent profiles:the weak willingness-ambiguous identification type(30.7%),the ambiguous willingness-value identification type(57.1%),and the strong wil-lingness-conservative evaluation type(12.2%). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that,compared with the weak willingness-identification ambiguity type,interns who self-assessed their academic performance at school as relatively poor were less likely to enter the willingness ambiguity-value identification type;those with unfavorable internship experiences were less likely to belong to the willingness ambiguity-value identification type and the strong willingness-evaluation conservative type;those who had experienced occupational discrimination were more likely to belong to the willingness ambiguity-value identification type and the strong willingness-evaluation conservative type;interns with higher psychological resilience and a tendency toward positive coping were more likely to belong to the strong willingness-evaluation conservative type;whereas those with higher tendency toward negative coping were less likely to belong to the willingness ambiguity-value identification type and the strong willingness-evaluation conservative type(all P<0.05). Conclusion There is group heterogeneity in the professional commitment of male nursing interns. Nursing educators can identify the categories of professional commitment of male nursing interns at an early stage and implement targeted intervention strategies based on relevant influencing factors to promote their professional commitment level.
