摘要:

随着我国医学模式的持续转型及对人才培养要求的不断提高,传统护理教学采用的纵向思维教学模式已无法满足对学生评判性思维、临床综合分析能力等的培养需要。横向思维理论及其配套教学工具“六顶思考帽”有助于引导护理专业学生打破传统纵向思维定势,锻炼其评判性思维能力,对于提升护理教学质量、培养新时代护理人才有重要意义。该文综述“六顶思考帽”在护理教学中的应用现状,探讨其教育学价值及目前应用过程中的挑战,并提出相应策略,旨在为护理教学方法改革、提升护理人才培养质量提供借鉴。

Abstract:

With the continuous transformation of China’s medical model and the growing requirements for talent cultivation,the traditional vertical-thinking teaching model in nursing education can no longer meet the needs of fostering nursing students’ critical thinking and comprehensive clinical analytical abilities. Lateral thinking theory and its associated instructional tool,the “Six Thinking Hats” method,can help guide students to break free from conventional vertical thinking patterns and strengthen critical thinking skills. They hold great significance for improving the quality of nursing education and for cultivating nursing professionals who are competent for the new era. This article reviews the current application of the “Six Thinking Hats” method in nursing education,explores their pedagogical value and the challenges faced in practice,and proposes corresponding strategies,with the aim of providing a reference for the reform of nursing teaching methods and for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
