本科护理伦理学课程的建设与成效分析

Construction and effects analysis of the undergraduate Nursing Ethics courses

摘要:

护理伦理学课程是护理学专业学生学会如何进行适当伦理决策的专业基础课程。为解决课程理论知识抽象、难以被理解,教学方法较为单一(以教师为主导的案例教学法),教学评价存在局限性等痛点问题,教学团队以学生发展为中心,从重构课程目标、整合教学内容、打造落实“课程”与“思政”融合方案、创新教学实施、开发教学资源、优化课程考核方面着手,进行课程建设与改革,取得了良好成效,夯实了课程建设。该文分享护理伦理学课程的建设路径与成效,旨在推动护理伦理学教学高质量发展,为同类课程建设与改革提供参考。

Abstract:

The Nursing Ethics is a fundamental course for nursing students to learn how to make appropriate ethical decisions. To address the pain points such as the abstraction and difficulty in understanding theoretical knowledge,the relatively monolithic teaching methods(primarily case-based teaching),and the limitations of evaluation,the teaching team,centered on student development,has undertaken curriculum reform by reconstructing course objectives,integrating teaching content,creating and implementing an integrated curriculum and ideological and political education plan,optimizing teaching implementation,developing teaching resources,and refining teaching evaluation. These efforts have yielded good results and solidified the course construction. This article shares the construction pathway and effectiveness of the Nursing Ethics course,aiming to promote high-quality development in Nursing Ethics teaching and provide references for the construction and reform of similar courses.
