多路径交互式传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统的设计与应用研究

摘要:

目的 构建以病毒性肝炎为例的多路径交互式传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统并进行初步的教学效果论证。 方法 利用虚拟仿真技术,以护理流程为指导,设计开发以病毒性肝炎为例的传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统,并应用于护理本科生的实验教学,采用虚拟实验操作得分、人均操作次数、实验时长及学生的满意度进行评价。 结果 构建的多路径交互式传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统以病毒性肝炎患者的诊疗和护理为背景案例,按照护理流程分为疾病诊断、入院护理、对症护理、出院护理4个模块。4个模块共包括14个交互任务,其中5个交互任务设置多条路径,呈现实时反馈的个性化、多样化实验流程。560名学生虚拟实验操作平均得分为(80.02±12.75)分,使用系统总次数为698次,人均使用1.25次,平均实验时长为(61.30±24.54) min,学生对系统的整体满意度(非常满意者占比)为96.96%。 结论 本研究所构建的实验系统具有良好的有效性和可行性,可为护理本科专业开展传染病护理学虚拟仿真实验教学提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Objective To construct a virtual simulation experiment teaching system of infectious disease nursing with viral hepatitis as an example and carry out a feasibility demonstration. Methods The virtual simulation experimental teaching system of viral hepatitis was designed and developed with the guidance of nursing process. The system was applied to the experimental teaching of nursing undergraduates. The effectiveness and feasibility of the system was evaluated by the score of virtual experiment operation,the number of operations per person,the duration of experiment and the satisfaction of students. Results The virtual simulation experimental teaching system of viral hepatitis was constructed with the diagnosis,treatment and nursing of viral hepatitis patients as the background case. According to the nursing process,it was divided into four modules:disease diagnosis,admission nursing,symptomatic nursing and discharge nursing. The four modules include a total of 14 interactive tasks,of which 5 interactive tasks set multiple paths. The average score of virtual experiment operation of 560 students was 80.02 ± 12.75 points,the total number of system usages was 698 times,used 1.25 times per person,and the average experiment duration was 61.30 ± 24.54 minutes. The overall satisfaction of students with the system was 96.96%. Conclusion The experimental teaching system constructed in this study has good effectiveness and feasibility,and can provide reference for the virtual simulation experiment teaching in infectious disease nursing for nursing undergraduates.
