本科护理人文关怀课程的设计与教学实践研究

Design and teaching practice of Humanistic Care in Nursing courses in education for undergraduate students

摘要:

目的 对本科护理人文关怀课程进行教学设计,并评价教学实施效果。 方法 设计护理人文关怀课程教学方案,主要步骤包括明确教学目标、整合与优化教学内容、教学实施设计、教学资源建设与教学评价设计。将该方案运用于该院2022级和2023级护理专业学生护理人文关怀课程教学中,通过课程成绩、关怀实践作品,结合对学生进行的半结构式访谈结果综合评价教学效果。 结果 194名护理本科生课程成绩为(92±3)分,共形成20项关怀可视化实践作品。根据访谈资料提炼出5个主题,分别为营造亲和互动情景,促进深度人际交流;提高学生课堂参与度,强化学生主体地位与融入,促进学生学业素养养成;助力学生领悟关怀本质并践行关怀,达成知识的迁移与转化;助推学生综合能力发展;提升思政教育实效,助力培育德才兼备的护理人才。 结论 本科护理人文关怀课程教学取得良好效果,有助于提升学生人文关怀实践能力和人文素养水平,学生对其认可度较高。

Abstract:

Objective To design a teaching plan for the Humanistic Care in Nursing courses in undergraduate education and evaluate the effects of its application. Methods A teaching scheme for the Humanistic Care in Nursing courses was developed,which mainly included clarifying teaching objectives,integrating and optimizing teaching content,advancing teaching implementation,constructing teaching resources,and designing teaching evaluation. This scheme was applied to the nursing students enrolled in 2022 and 2023 academic years at our college. The teaching effects were evaluated through course grades,visual practice works on humanistic care,and semi-structured interviews with students. Results The course grades of 194 nursing undergraduate students averaged at(92±3) points,and a total of 20 visual practice works on humanistic care were produced. Through analyzing the interview data,five themes were extracted:creating a friendly and interactive scenario to promote deep interpersonal communication; improving students’ classroom participation,strengthening their status as the main body and engagement,and promoting the development of their academic literacy; helping students understand the essence of care and practice it,achieving the transfer and transformation of knowledge; facilitating the development of students’ comprehensive abilities; enhancing the effects of ideological and political education,and contributing to the cultivation of nursing talents with both ability and moral integrity. Conclusion The teaching of the Humanistic Care in Nursing courses in undergraduate education achieves good results,which effectively improving students’ practical ability in humanistic care and their level of humanistic literacy. Students have a high degree of recognition for this course.
