护理本科生护理信息能力的调查研究

摘要:

目的 了解本科护理专业学生护理信息能力现状,为护理信息能力的培养提供依据。方法 采用中文版护理信息能力自评量表(Self-Assessment of Nursing Informatics Competencies Scale,SANICS)对湖南省4所院校的1 098名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果 护理本科生护理信息能力总分为(70.19±15.82)分,处于中等水平以下,不同年级、计算机等级、临床实习经历、学习过护理学信息相关课程及接触护理信息系统经历的护理本科生的护理信息能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理本科生的临床信息角色、护理信息态度、计算机技能的应用及无线设备技能仍有较大提升空间,护理教育工作者应尽快制订与学生和临床需求相对接的护理信息能力培养方案,促进我国护理信息学高等教育的发展。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of nursing undergraduates’ information ability,and to provide basis for the cultivation of nursing information ability of undergraduate nursing students. Methods 1098 nursing students from 4 nursing colleges and universities were surveyed by SANICS. Results The total nursing information ability of nursing undergraduates was(70.19±15.82),which was below the medium level. The influencing factors of nursing information ability were grade,national computer rank examination level,clinical practice,nursing information related courses and contact with nursing information system. Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students in clinical information roles,nursing attitude information,the application of computer skills and wireless equipment skills still have larger space to improve. The clinical nursing education workers should develop as soon as possible nursing information ability training scheme,course content and the informatics inorder to promote the development of higher education for nursing informatics in China.
