摘要：

扩展现实技术，即虚拟现实、增强现实和混合现实的统称，可通过融合计算机技术、可穿戴设备及人工智能，构建出沉浸式或半沉浸式的学习环境，为护理教育提供创新性的教学手段。该文综述了扩展现实技术在护理教育中的应用进展，重点分析了其在护理教育中的具体应用情况，内容涵盖技术特点及面临的挑战、多元化应用场景与综合成效，以及在护理教育领域中应用的经济成本与收益分析，旨在为推动护理教育创新和人才培养提供理论依据与实践指导。

Abstract:

Extended reality（XR） technology，encompassing virtual reality（VR），augmented reality（AR），and mixed reality（MR），integrates computer technology，wearable devices，and artificial intelligence to create immersive or semi-immersive learning environments. This provides innovative pedagogical tools for nursing education. This article systematically reviews the current application status of XR technology in nursing education. It focuses on analyzing its specific implementations，covering aspects such as technological characteristics and educational challenges，diversified application scenarios and their comprehensive effectiveness，as well as economic cost-benefit analysis within the field. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for fostering innovation in nursing education and talent cultivation.
