摘要:

为响应“健康中国2030”战略对复合型护理人才的迫切需求,破解护理学与管理学学科交叉的“课程拼盘”困境,四川大学华西护理学院与商学院协同创新,构建并实践“护理学+管理学”双学士学位融合课程体系。课程建设以“整合式教育”为理念,锚定跨学科整合思维培养,通过反向设计构建“护理学核心+管理学核心+护理管理融合创新”三大模块结构化框架,以医疗卫生真实管理问题为知识融合抓手。教学实施中,建立双导师制与联合教研机制,组建跨学科教学团队;开发含23个本土化案例的护理管理融合案例库及配套讲义;推行“案例驱动、项目落地”策略,通过课堂项目设计与模拟实践衔接医院运营及健康产业创新场景。初步成效显示,课程有效提升学生知识整合与应用能力,92%学生认可其对学科间联系的促进作用;学生完成24份可行的创业计划与医院优化方案。本研究表明,系统化课程融合设计与配套教学创新可有效突破学科壁垒,为培养“懂护理、善管理”的复合型人才提供可借鉴的实践路径。

Abstract:

To address the urgent demand for interdisciplinary nursing talents under the “Healthy China 2030” Strategy and resolve the “curriculum patchwork” dilemma in nursing-management integration,the West China School of Nursing and School of Business,Sichuan University,collaboratively developed and implemented an integrated curriculum system for the “Nursing + Management” dual bachelor’s program. Guided by “integrated education” and targeting interdisciplinary thinking cultivation,the curriculum adopted reverse design to form a three-module structured framework:“core nursing + core management + nursing management integration & innovation”,anchored in real medical and health management issues. In teaching implementation,a “dual-mentor system” and joint research mechanism were established to build an interdisciplinary team;a localized case library (23 cases) with supporting materials was developed;and a “case-driven,project-oriented” strategy was adopted to connect hospital operations and health industry innovation through classroom projects and simulations. Preliminary results showed the curriculum effectively enhanced students’ knowledge integration and application capabilities,with 92% recognizing its role in promoting inter-disciplinary links. Students completed 24 feasible business plans and hospital optimization schemes. This study demonstrates that systematic curriculum integration and teaching innovation can break disciplinary barriers,offering a replicable path to cultivating talents who “proficient in nursing and skilled in management”.
