人工智能在职业生涯规划中的应用及对护理教育的启示

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

人工智能可丰富职业指导资源，根据能力与特点推荐个性化职业，有助于优化职业道路。但是，人工智能可能在算法、隐私和伦理等方面存在风险。该文通过分析人工智能在职业生涯规划中的作用和风险，为解决护理专业学生就业问题提供新方法，帮助教育者更好地指导护理专业学生职业生涯规划，有助于解决学生的就业问题。

关键词: 人工智能, 护理专业学生, 职业生涯规划

Abstract:

Artificial intelligence（AI） can enrich career guidance resources，as well as optimize career paths by recommending personalized careers based on abilities and characteristics. However，AI may be a potential risk in terms of algorithms，privacy，and ethics. Analyzing the role and risks of AI in career planning can provide a new approach to solving the employment problems of nursing students and help educators to guide nursing students in career planning better，which is helpful in solving the employment problems of students.
