护理本科生人工智能准备度的调查研究

Current situation of artificial intelligence readiness among undergraduate nursing students

摘要:

目的 分析护理本科生人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)准备度现状,为积极应对AI时代对护理人才培养的要求提供参考。 方法 采用方便抽样,选取新疆地区4所本科院校490名护理学专业学生作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表和中文版医学生AI准备度量表对其进行问卷调查。 结果 490名护理本科生AI准备度总得分为72.00(66.00,84.00)分。不同性别的护理本科生AI准备度总得分及除愿景维度外的各维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、就读年级者AI准备度总得分及认知、能力维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同自评既往学习成绩水平者AI准备度总得分及各维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用大语言模型辅助学习情况不同者愿景、伦理维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同AI相关课程学习情况者认知维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 护理本科生AI准备度处于中等水平。教育者需进一步优化AI通识课程内容的设置,将AI技术融入教育教学的全过程,着力提升护理本科生(特别是女生、低年级、自评既往学习成绩水平较低、应用大语言模型辅助学习频率较低的学生)对AI技术的认知、应用能力和伦理判断水平等,系统性提高其AI准备度。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the current status of artificial intelligence(AI) readiness among undergraduate nursing students,aiming to provide references for actively addressing the requirements of nursing talent cultivation in the AI era. Methods Using convenience sampling,490 undergraduate nursing students from four universities in Xinjiang were selected as participants. A general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Medical Students AI Readiness Scale were used for the survey. Results The total AI readiness score of the nursing undergraduates was 72.00(66.00,84.00). There were statistically significant differences in the total score of AI readiness and the scores of all dimensions except the vision dimension between nursing students of different genders(P<0.05). Statistically significant differences were found in the total score of AI readiness and the scores of cognition and ability dimensions among students of different ages and grades(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the total score of AI readiness and the scores of all dimensions among students with different self-rated academic performance levels(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of vision and ethics dimensions among students with different application status of large language models(P<0.05). Statistically significant differences were observed in the cognition dimension score among students with different learning status of AI-related courses(P<0.05). Conclusion The AI readiness of undergraduate nursing students is at a moderate level. Educators need to further optimize the content of AI general education courses by integrating AI technologies into the entire teaching process,with a focus on enhancing students’(particularly female students,lower-grade students,those with previously lower academic performance,and those with infrequent use of large language models) cognitive understanding,application skills,and ethical judgment regarding AI technologies,thereby systematically improving their AI readiness.
