护理专业学生临床推理能力的概念分析

摘要:

目的 明确护理专业学生临床推理能力概念的定义及其内涵。 方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase数据库中护理专业学生临床推理能力的相关文献,采用Walker与Avant提出的概念分析法对护理专业学生临床推理能力进行概念分析。 结果 护理专业学生临床推理能力的定义属性包括运用理论知识、提取关键信息、识别临床问题、持续推理假设与自我评估反思;前置因素包括知识基础、实践经验、情感与态度因素、教学因素;护理专业学生临床推理能力的结果为护理决策的科学性、护理质量与满意度、团队协作与质量安全、学习能力与自信心、护理学科发展;常用测评工具包括临床推理与反思自评量表、脚本一致性测试等。结论 该研究通过概念分析明确了护理专业学生临床推理能力的概念属性,为提高护理专业学生临床推理能力和促进相关研究的深入开展提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Objective To clarify the definition and connotation of the concept of clinical reasoning ability in nursing students. Methods Related literature on clinical reasoning ability in nursing students was systematically retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Cochrane Library,ClNAHL,and Embase. The conceptual analysis method proposed by Walker and Avant was used to analyze the concept of clinical reasoning ability in nursing students. Results The definition of clinical reasoning ability in nursing students included application of theoretical knowledge,extraction of key information,clinical problem identification,continuous reasoning hypothesis,and self-assessment reflection. The leading factors were knowledge base,practical experience,emotional and attitudinal factors,and teaching factors. The outcomes were scientific basis of nursing decisions,nursing quality and satisfaction,team collaboration and quality safety,learning ability and self-confidence,and nursing professional development. The com-mon measurement tools included the Self-Assessment of Clinical Reflection and Reasoning and Script Concordance Test. Conclusion This study clarified the conceptual attributes of clinical reasoning ability in nursing students through conceptual analysis,providing a reference for improving clinical reasoning ability in nursing students and promoting in-depth development of related research.
