护理经济学发展现状及启示

摘要：

护理经济学作为卫生经济学的重要分支，在医药卫生体制改革中发挥积极作用，其研究与应用对优化资源配置、提高专业价值和提升经济效益具有重要意义。该文通过阐述护理经济相关概念、发展与研究现状及教育挑战等内容，提出我国护理经济教育学科的发展要从高校开设护理经济学课程、完善护理经济学教学内容与方法、建设跨学科师资队伍三方面来提升其教育水平，以优化人力资源配置和提高护理服务经济效益。

Abstract:

As an important branch of health economics，nursing economics plays an active role in the reform of medical and health system. Its research and application are significant important for optimizing resource allocation，improving professional value and enhancing economic benefit. This paper reviewed the related concepts，development status and educational challenges of nursing economics. It is proposed that the development of the discipline of nursing economics education in China should focus on three aspects：offering nursing economics courses in universities，improving the teaching content and methods of nursing economics，and building an interdisciplinary teaching staff，aiming at improving the level of nursing economics education in China，optimizing the allocation of human resources and enhancing service economic benefits.
