专科护士京外临床教学基地管理优化路径的实践

摘要:

专科护士培训是培养临床高级护理实践人才的重要举措,而临床教学是专科护士培训的重要组成部分。为解决专科护士京外临床教学基地管理架构模糊、师资水平参差不齐、团队协作不畅、教学方法单一等问题,该院对12个专科护士京外临床教学基地管理实施系统性优化。通过构建三级管理模式、强化师资队伍建设、优化团队氛围及实施多元化教学方法等举措,基地声誉和影响力得到提升,培训对象满意度与能力得到提高,师资教学水平和科研活力得到激发,并充分发挥了辐射带动作用。

Abstract:

The training of specialty nurses is an important measure to cultivate advanced clinical nursing practice talents,and clinical teaching is an important part of specialty nurse training. To address issues such as vague management structure,uneven quality of teaching staff,poor team collaboration,and singular teaching method in the clinical teaching bases of specialty nurses outside Beijing,the hospital has implemented systematic optimization in the management of 12 such bases. Through measures including establishing a three-level management model,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff (including selection,training,and assessment),optimizing the team atmosphere,and adopting diversified teaching methods,reputation and influence of the bases have steadily improved,the satisfaction and capabilities of the trainees have been enhanced,while the teaching level and scientific research vitality of the teaching staff have been stimulated,and the radiating and driving role of the bases has been fully exerted.
