摘要：

目的依托微专业建设安宁疗护课程，探索人才培养新模式。方法依托“生命周期健康管理”微专业开设安宁疗护课程，包括线上大规模开放在线课程理论学习和线下工作坊实践2个环节。通过过程性评价与终结性评价评价教学效果。结果共18名苏州大学护理学院本科生选修微专业中的安宁疗护课程，线上课程成绩为（92.34±2.63）分，线下实践技能考核通过率保持在95%以上，多数学生表现出较强的从业意愿和职业认同感。此外，课程已形成稳定开课机制，线上教学资源推广至14所院校，共861名护理本科生完成在线理论课程学习。结论微专业视域下的安宁疗护课程建设已取得初步成效，但课程体系和实践安排仍需持续优化，以更好满足学生发展需求与行业人才需要。

Abstract:

Objective To develop Hospice Care course under the Micro-Specialty platform and to explore a new talent cultivation model. Methods A Hospice Care course was offered under the micro-specialty program of “Lifecycle Health Management”，consisting of two components：online theoretical learning through Massive Open Online Course（MOOC） and offline workshop practice. Teaching effectiveness was evaluated through both formative and summative assessments. Results A total of 18 nursing undergraduates of Soochow University enrolled in the course，the average online score was 92.34±2.63，and the pass rate of the offline practical skills assessments remained above 95%. The majority of students demonstrated strong willingness to pursue careers in hospice care and professional identity. The course had established a stable delivery mechanism and the online teaching resources had been extended to 14 universities，with 861 nursing undergraduates completing the online theoretical courses. Conclusion The development of the Hospice Care courses under the micro-specialization perspective has achieved preliminary results. However，further optimization of the curriculum structure and clinical placement arrangements is needed to better align with students’ developmental needs and workforce demands.
