摘要/Abstract

摘要：

在国家卫生健康委员会妇幼健康司和教育部“一流专业”建设的推动下，以保障母婴安全、提升出生人口素质为使命的助产学专业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。师资队伍水平直接决定人才培养质量与专业发展高度。该文以国内首个助产学国家级一流本科专业建设点——南方医科大学护理学院为例，总结其师资队伍建设宝贵经验，提出当前面临的共性挑战及未来师资队伍建设的方向，以期为院校助产学专业师资培养提供参考，共同促进我国助产学高等教育高质量发展。

Abstract:

Promoted by the Department of Maternal and Child Health of the National Health Commission of the National Health Council and the “First-class Undergraduate Program” initiative of the Ministry of Education，the midwifery major in China—dedicated to ensuring maternal and infant safety and improving birth population quality—has encountered unprecedented development opportunities. The quality of the faculty directly determines the effectiveness of talent cultivation and professional advancement. Taking the first National First-class Undergraduate Program in midwifery in China—the School of Nursing，Southern Medical University—as an example，this paper summarizes the valuable experience in faculty development，identifies the common challenges currently faced，and proposes future directions. It aims to provide a reference for peer institutions in cultivating midwifery faculty and jointly promoting the high-quality development of midwifery higher education in China.
