摘要:

护理学专业认证是高等教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分。该文通过系统性梳理国际护理教育发展形势,分析对比国际主流国家的认证标准内容、国家政策文件及要求,以及我国护理学专业认证的实践和经验,基于我国护理教育发展的实际需求,对标《护理学类教学质量国家标准》,结合“健康中国2030”规划纲要等国家要求,详细阐述了《护理学本科专业认证标准》的修订原则、核心内容修订和主要特点,认证标准包含7个标准、34个二级指标,体现了“以学生为中心、产出导向、持续改进”的认证理念,为我国护理学高等教育质量保障体系的完善提供具有国际视野的参考,并推动我国护理教育高质量发展。

Abstract:

Nursing education accreditation serves as a crucial component of the higher education quality assurance system. This study systematically reviews global trends,conducts comparative analyses of accreditation standards from several main foreign countries,examines national policy documents and requirements,and evaluates the practices and experiences of nursing accreditation within China. Building on this foundation,and in response to the practical needs of nursing education development in China,the revised accreditation standards have been developed with reference to the “National Standards for Teaching Quality in Nursing” and in alignment with national initiatives such as the “Healthy China 2030” strategic plan. This article elaborates on the revision principles,core revised content,and key features of the newly revised accreditation standards. The accreditation comprises seven primary standards and 34 secondary indicators,embodying the accreditation philosophy of “student-centered,outcome-oriented,and continuous improvement”. This study provides an internationally informed reference for improving the quality assurance system of nursing higher education in China and will promotes the high-quality development of nursing education.
