精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案的构建

Construction of clinical practice training program for master students of nursing specialist in mental and psychological nursing

摘要:

目的 构建精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案。方法 基于文献回顾和专家讨论,形成精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案初稿。选取来自北京、长沙、武汉、南京、上海、广州、成都、合肥、南昌的13名专家作为函询对象,于2022年10月—12月采用专家函询法对其进行2轮函询。结果 2轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.94、0.96;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.251和0.418(P<0.001)。最终构建的精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案由7个模块(培养目标、培养内容、培养方式、培养时间、考核内容及占比、带教师资、实践基地)、36个一级条目、67个二级条目、103个三级条目构成。结论 本研究构建的精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案科学、可信,可为我国精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To construct a clinical practice training program for master students of nursing specialist in mental and psychological nursing. Methods Literature review was used to develop a preliminary clinical practice training program for master students of nursing specialist in mental and psychological nursing. A total of 13 experts from Beijing,Changsha,Wuhan,Nanjing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Chengdu,Hefei,Nanchang were consulted using a two-round expert consultation method from October 2022 to December 2022 to construct the clinical practice training program. Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds was 100%;the authority coefficient was 0.94 and 0.96,respectively;the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.251 and 0.418,respectively(P<0.001). The final version of the clinical practice training program for master students of nursing specialist in mental and psychological nursing includes seven modules(training objectives,training content,training methods,training time,assessment content and proportion,teacher qualification,and practice base),36 first-level items,67 second-level items and 103 third-level items. Conclusion The clinical practice training program constructed in this study is scientific and credible,which provides reference for the clinical practice training of master students of nursing specialist in mental and psychological nursing in China.
