元宇宙技术赋能护理教育的文献热点与趋势分析

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of metaverse technologies in nursing education based on Chinese and English publications. Methods Literature on the application of metaverse technologies in nursing education was retrieved from CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，and the Web of Science Core Collection from database inception to December 2025. Bibliometric and visual analyses were performed using CiteSpace software. Results A total of 649 Chinese and 567 English articles were included，with an overall upward trend in annual publications. The related publications mainly focused on immersive training of nursing skills，communication competence development in complex scenarios，teaching evaluation and quality assurance，as well as ethics and educational equity. Keyword burst analysis showed that midwifery education，virtual-real integration，extended reality，and usability were the major hotspot themes in recent 5 years. Conclusion Publications on metaverse technologies empowering nursing education are in a stage of rapid development with diversified research hotspots. Future studies should align with nursing education objectives，deepen scenario simulation and virtual-reality integration design，construct process-oriented and outcome-based integrated evaluation systems，and strengthen cross-institutional collaboration and standardized governance.
