Abstract:

By analyzing challenges in clinical practice instruction for master of nursing specialist(MNS) students at three representative teaching hospitals in Inner Mongolia(accounting for over 90% of total MNS enrollment in the region),this study proposes an optimization framework centered on four core pillars:establishing an integrated training model where research supports clinical practice, strengthening mentor collaboration and competency development, deepening university-hospital collaborative management mechanisms, and improving a comprehensive,multi-stakeholder supervision and evaluation system. This framework aims to enhance the quality of clinical practice teaching for MNS students in frontier regions and cultivate high-level applied nursing professionals.
