The authority coefficient for the second-round consultation was 0.92. The mean score of project importance was 4.06~5.00,with variation coefficients between 0 and 0.22. The clinical practice scheme for master of nursing specialist constructed in this study included six first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators, and 50 third-level indicators, covering practice objectives, rotation requirements, practice content, assessment requirements, clinical teacher qualifications and access standards, and clinical practice base qualifications and conditions.
