摘要: 目的  探讨护理大专生在校期间人格特质及自我和谐对主观幸福感的影响。 方法  采用艾森克人格问卷、自我和谐量表和总体幸福感量表对392名护理大专生进行测量。 结果  ①护理大专生主观幸福得分为(110.24±12.32)分,第二学年得分最高(114.75±10.75),第三学年得分最低(108.26±12.56)。护理大专生第三学年的自我和谐程度偏低(94.49±14.62)分。②护理大专生在校期间不同时段主观幸福感与人格特质、自我和谐之间的相关性没有明显改变。③自我和谐是人格特质与主观幸福感之间的中介变量,通过自我和谐的改变,影响主观幸福感。 结论  护理大专生主观幸福感普遍较高,自我和谐在人格特质对主观幸福感影响中起中介作用。

Abstract: Objective  To investigate the impact of personality and self-consistency on subjective well-being in associate nursing students. Methods  Totally 392 associate nursing students were investigated with Eysenck Personal Questionnaire(EPQ), Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS), and General Well-being Schedule(GWB). Results  The score of subjective well-being of associate nursing students was(110.24±12.32), the score was highest in the second academic year(114.75±10.75)and lowest in the third academic year(108.26±12.56). Moreover, the self-consistency and congruence level was low in the third academic year(94.49±14.62). Subjective well-being was correlated with personality and self-consistency; self-consistency played a mediating effect on the relationship between personality and subjective well-being. Conclusion  The level of subjective well-being is high in associate nursing students. Self-consistency plays a mediating role between personality and subjective well-being.
