护理专业本科生一般自我效能感、评判性思维与自主学习能力的关系研究

摘要: 目的  调查护理专业本科生自主学习能力现状,并分析一般自我效能感和评判性思维对学生自主学习能力的影响。 方法  采用自主学习能力问卷、一般自我效能感问卷和评判性思维倾向量表,对193名护理专业本科生进行问卷调查。 结果  学生自主学习能力总分为(106.79±11.82)分;一般自我效能感为(2.52±0.44)分;评判性思维总分为(285.94±31.78)分。一般自我效能感、求知欲、系统化能力和评判性思维的自信心是自主学习能力的影响因素。 结论  一般自我效能感和评判性思维影响护理专业本科生的自主学习能力,应针对这些因素进行引导和培养,以提高学生的自主学习能力。

Abstract: Objective  To investigate the level of self-directed learning ability among undergraduate nursing students, and to analyze the relationship among general self-efficacy, critical thinking and self-directed learning. Methods  Totally 193 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with the Self-directed Learning Questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV). Results  The total scores of self-directed learning,general self-efficacy and critical thinking were(106.79±11.82),(2.52±0.44) and(285.94±31.78),respectively. Self-efficacy, inquisitiveness, systematicity and critical thinking self-confidence were influence factors of self-directed learning. Conclusion  Self-efficacy and critical thinking affect nursing students’ self-directed learning ability. It is suggested to promote students’ self-directed learning by enhancing their self-efficacy and critical thinking.
