摘要: 目的  调查学生对护理学ICU硕士专业学位培养模式的满意度,为确定培养模式提供依据。 方法  2011级采用原培养模式,2012级采用新培养模式,采用自设问卷,对15名ICU硕士专业学位研究生进行满意度和支持度的调查。 结果  2011级学生对原培养模式的满意度为62.5%;对于新培养模式,2011级和2012级学生的支持率均为100%,其中非常支持的学生分别为87.5%和42.9%;学生对培养模式最不满意的前3位因素分别是实习缺乏自主学习时间(46.7%)、毕业论文压力大(13.3%)、带教教师缺乏带教技巧(13.3%)。 结论  学生对培养模式总体满意,尤其支持新培养模式。ICU专业学位培养应保证足够的临床实践训练时间,要重实践但不轻科研,并强调临床师资培训对保证培养质量的重要性。

Abstract: Objective  To investigate the students satisfaction and attitudes towards different training modes of ICU master program. Methods  Different training modes were used in Grade 2011 and Grade 2012. Fifteen master students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about their satisfaction and attitudes towards different training modes. Results  The students’ satisfaction in Grade 2011 was 62.5%. All students supported the new training mode. The most unsatisfied items were lack of self-directed learning time(46.7%),stress from graduation thesis(13.3%) and clinical teachers’ educational skills(13.3%). Conclusion  The new training mode of ICU master program is accepted by the students. It is suggested to ensure enough time for clinical practice,attach great importance both to practice and research,and strengthen the training of clinical teachers.
