Innovative practices in the joint training model for the Peking University-Macao Polytechnic University “3+1” Bachelor’s Nursing Program

摘要:

为落实粤港澳大湾区建设战略,推进健康湾区建设,加强澳门高层次护理人才培养,在国家部委和澳门特区政府的直接领导下,2021年北京大学和澳门理工大学成立“北京大学医学部—澳门理工大学护理书院”项目,联合开展澳门护理本科教育。该文对项目运行3年的创新实践和成果进行总结,主要包括构建了北京大学—澳门理工大学“3+1”护理本科培养模式,建立“一主体、两优势、三阶段”的合作模式,以全面融合推动协同发展,为粤港澳大湾区教育合作和医学人才联合培养提供新范式。

Abstract:

In order to implement the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development strategy,promote the construction of a Healthy Bay Area,and strengthen the cultivation of high-level nursing talents in Macao,Peking University and Macao Polytechnic University jointly established “Peking University Health Science Center-Macao Polytechnic University Nursing Academy” in 2021 under the direct leadership of national ministries and the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The project involves collaborative efforts in undergraduate nursing education in Macao. This paper summarizes the innovative practices and achievements of the project over three-years,and establishes the “3+1” nursing undergraduate training model of “one core,two advantages,and three stages” of cooperation. Through comprehensive integration,the project provides a new paradigm for educational cooperation and joint medical talents training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
