摘要: 目的 探讨临床护士在线业务学习的教学设计与应用效果。 方法 选取某三级甲等医院外科病区15名护士作为研究对象,采取基于“雨课堂”的在线学习方式进行业务学习,并评价其在线业务学习情况与满意度。 结果业务学习完成度为100%,讨论组讨论发言率为100%,学习过程中阶段性作业完成率为100%。 学习满意度为93%。结论 临床护士采取基于“雨课堂”的在线业务学习方式效果较好,临床护士对其认可度较高。 在线学习方式使业务学习实现碎片化,不受时间、空间限制,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of online learning on examination performance of nurses. Methods A total of 15 nurses from the surgical ward of a tertiary hospital were selected. The online learning based on the “Rain Classroom” was used. Nurses’ examination performance as well as their satisfaction with the learning method were all evaluated. Results The learning completion rate was 100% . The rate of discussion participation was 100%. The completion rate of the homework was 100%. The rate of satisfaction is 93%. Conclusion The effects of online learning based on “Rain Classroom” is good and it is well accepted by nurses. The online learning is not restricted by space and time. It is worth to be promoted among nurses.
