Abstract:

Against the dual backdrop of the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China Strategy and steady progress of the New Double High Vocational Education Initiative，nursing specialty clusters act as a crucial carrier for forstering high-quality health professionals in higher vocational colleges. Their development quality directly determines the delivery of the Healthy China Strategy and the connotative development of vocational education. This paper systematically elaborates on the core connotations of the Healthy China Strategy，delineates the core boundaries and dynamic adjustment mechanisms of nursing specialty clusters，and conducts an in-depth analysis of prevailing bottlenecks hindering cluster development under the Initiative，including vague formative logic and obsolete curriculum frameworks. Covering six dimensions—reshaping talent training objectives，constructing a “platform + module” curriculum system，and promoting characteristic brand building—the study puts forward targeted developmental pathways for nursing specialty clusters guided by the Healthy China Strategy. The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical insights for higher vocational colleges to optimize the construction of nursing specialty clusters，cultivate interdisciplinary nursing talents adaptable to the needs of the large health industry，and thereby contribute to the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy and the high-quality development of vocational education，and promote the nursing specialty clusters to deeply connect with the development needs of the industry and integrate into the regional economic development pattern.
