摘要：

针对高职护理实训与实践教学中普遍存在的情境局限、供需脱节与专科分流缺失等现实痛点，基于利益相关者多维矩阵的护理人才培养质量数据采集，并应用Benner进阶理论与情境学习理论，开展校行企合作模式，创新构建基于高职学历层次的护士职业成长逻辑的“三阶递进”虚拟仿真教学体系。实践证明，该实训教学体系赋能护理专业群的高质量内涵式发展，为大健康背景下培养紧缺的复合型专科护理人才提供可借鉴的数字实践范式。

Abstract:

To address prominent bottlenecks in vocational nursing practical training，such as restricted clinical contexts，the disconnect between educational supply and clinical demand，and the absence of specialized streaming pathways，this study adopts a multidimensional stakeholder analysis matrix to gather high-quality data regarding nursing talent cultivation. Grounded in Benner’s Novice-to-Expert theory and situated learning theory，it pioneered a “college-industry-enterprise” collaborative model and innovatively constructs a three-stage progressive virtual simulation-based training system guided by professional development logic. Practical application demonstrates that this system empowers the high-quality，substantive development of the nursing program cluster. Furthermore，it provides a replicable digital practice paradigm for training versatile nursing specialists to meet the talent shortages of the comprehensive healthcare industry.
