基于有效教学模型的本科老年护理学混合式案例教学设计与实践研究

摘要：

目的探讨基于有效教学模型的混合式案例教学在老年护理学本科教学中的应用效果。方法以提升学生老年护理核心素养为总体教学目标，重构与优化老年护理学课程案例教学资源库。选取山西省某高校护理学院2021级277名本科学生为对照组，实施传统混合式案例教学；2022级280名本科学生为试验组，实施基于有效教学模型的混合式案例教学。通过课程成绩、老年护理核心素养得分，结合对试验组开展半结构式访谈结果综合评价教学效果。结果教学实施后，试验组课程成绩、老年护理核心素养总分及各维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。根据访谈资料，提炼出学生对课程学习积极体验、老年护理核心能力发展、课程反馈建议3个主题。结论基于有效教学模型的本科老年护理学混合式案例教学有助于提高学生学习成绩和老年护理核心素养，提升教学质量。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effectiveness of blended case teaching based on the effective teaching model in undergraduate Geriatric Nursing education. Methods Taking the overall teaching goal of enhancing students’ core competence in geriatric nursing as guide，we reconstructed and optimized the case teaching resource library for Geriatric Nursing. 277 undergraduate students from the 2021 cohort of a certain university’s nursing college in Shanxi Province were selected as the control group and received traditional case teaching，while 280 undergraduate students from the 2022 cohort were selected as the experimental group and received blended case teaching based on the O-AMAS effective teaching model. The teaching effect was comprehensively evaluated through course grades，scores of core competencies in geriatric nursing，and semi-structured interviews with students in the experimental group. Results After the implementation of teaching intervention，the course grade，the total score and each dimension score of core competencies in geriatric nursing of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，with statistically significant differences in all indicators（P<0.001）. Based on the interview data，three themes were extracted：positive learning experiences，promotion of core competence development，and feedback suggestions. Conclusion The blended case teaching based on the effective teaching model in undergraduate Geriatric Nursing education can effectively improve students’ academic performance and core competencies in geriatric nursing，and enhance teaching quality.
