摘要/Abstract

摘要：

针对我国护理本科生科研创新能力培养系统性与实践不足的问题，基于能力导向教育理念，以年级演进为纵线设计进阶式科研创新能力培养目标和培养内容，设计依托于课程和第二课堂的科研创新能力培养载体，矩阵式开发多元化综合性科研创新能力培养的实践活动，构建“多元纵贯式”护理本科生科研创新能力培养模式。实践表明，该模式提升了学生的科研科研能力，可为护理院校本科生科研创新能力的培养提供参考。

Abstract:

Against the background of the “Double-First-Class” initiative，addressing the systemic and practical deficiencies in the cultivation of research and innovation competence among nursing undergraduates in China，this study constructs a “multi-dimensional longitudinal” training model for research innovation capabilities in nursing undergraduates based on the competency based education philosophy. The model adopts a grade-based progression to design tiered training objectives and contents，integrates in-class and out-of-class training carriers，and develops diversified and comprehensive practical activities through a matrix framework. Practice has shown that this model significantly improves students’ research innovation capabilities and can provide a reference for the cultivation of undergraduate research innovation capabilities in nursing institutions.
